Wow --- it’s finally here.  Hip Mix is no longer something that my family can keep asking me, “When are you finally going to do ‘that thing?’”

‘That thing,’ Hip Mix, is more than just what this Phase 1 debut is.  It is more than just a web site, it is an experience – a representation of a lifestyle and it’s an achievement to be a part of this community…there is so much more on the horizon, but I won’t bore you with the details – you’ll find out soon enough.

What this ‘thing’ is represents a long journey – one that was conceived more than 2 years ago.  The name changed a few times, and the look and brand image changed about 20 times… but the fundamental goal is the same.  Take a look around and you will know what it is.

Plain and simply put – thanks for being here.  As much time as I have put into this site… I know it’s not perfect.  I know that there are changes that need to happen --- and I don’t have an ego so large that I refuse to admit that there are changes that need to happen that I have no freaking idea about yet.  I am totally confident, however, that the mistakes and flaws will be pointed out to me -----

So direct me, guide me & grow with me and with Hip Mix.  No matter who you are or where you may be in your journey, I hope you will make some room for me to walk along with you.  Together I know that there will be a lot of interesting things that lie ahead

…. And I look forward to discovering them with you.
