Will Yoga Make You a Better Belly Dancer?

Buzzing around the internets is the theory that belly dance alone is the only way to improve specific movements. As in, if you're trying to improve your back bend, shimmy or sword balancing, the best way to get better is by practicing that movement over and over. And over.

Clearly, has an opinion about this (what don't we have opinions on?) but we want to hear from YOU, the world of awesome belly dancers.
