Self taught till 1998 until i started to be instructed by Andline Sibang a.k.a Anne from Sarawak who is now based in New York.

Awarded as the 1st Runner up at The Malaysian International Dance Championship 2009 (Open to the world) for Belly Dancing Intermediate Category.
Awarded as Champion at the Asia Pacific Dance Explosion Championship 2011 for Bellydance Advanced Category.
Awarded as 2nd place at the Malaysia Open Dance Festival Championship 2011 for Bellydance Advanced Category.

Currently teaching in Talent hub Studio Hartamas, Lara's Place PJ, The Dance Studio Hartamas Regency including private lessons around Kuala Lumpur. Conducted a Tribal Fusion Workshop @ Ultimax Dance Studio Cheras, Malaysia on 21st February 2009. Choreographer for Short + Sweet Dance Festival 2009 at KLPAC, Malaysia. Conducted an Introduction of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance Workshop @ Interlude Dance Co. Jakarta on 4th Nov. 2009. Participated in Belly Dance Festival Asia 2010 workshops in Bali with Belly Dance Superstars: Sharon Kihara, Jillina, Kaeshi & Elizabeth Strong.
