My love of bellydance has spanned many years. I've been fortunate to perform in some of the top night clubs and restaurants with epically talented musicians. I now reside in San Diego, CA, where I teach weekly classes, tutor private students and run a web store for bellydance items and wild rhinestone jewelry. Each year I am blessed to travel to amazing international locations to teach workshops for festivals and perform in gala shows. Our international community of bellydancers is so vast, yet so closely linked thanks to sites like hipmix.net
I started out as a ballerina! But, was lured away by the sway of bellydance and have never looked back.

I've had the honor to teach in many countries such as Mexico, Vietnam, China/Hong Kong, England, Wales and more. Bellydance has brought me all over the Middle East and Mediterranean. It is my dream to teach at a festival in Egypt one day. That would be one of the greatest honors.
Anything sparkly! I love classic Egyptian dance styles and costuming and collect vintage bellydance costumes...for educational purposes of course!

I love to connect with bellydancers all over the world. Though we come from diverse backgrounds, we all share a common language of movement and music.
