Playing music is a virus. You can't get rid of it. It keeps coming up, even if you don't get the fever for years. Starting with guitar, learning violin, saxophone, ney and arabic percussion. Learning different instruments and techniques broadens your view. Wrote "snakedance" and "Hatshepsut" before computers made their way to the recording studio. Meanwhile "Dancing in the oasis" is now my sevent tribal bellydance fusion album. Funny enough a youth friend plays the oud. |
